“The game runs smoothly at around 60 FPS with no noticeable stuttering or frame-time drops, but the image quality becomes heavily pixelated / corrupted when entering gameplay.”

How to try Rayman 30th Anniversary Edition on PC
You need your own copy of the game, dumped from your PS5, and one of the emulators above. All three are free, open source and published only on GitHub: SharpEmu, KytyPS5 and AnyPS5. Sites offering PS5 emulator downloads anywhere else are often malware.
Results depend on your hardware and the emulator version, so check what the tester used.
